Every day we are bombarded with messages promising better health: The Best Weight Training for Your Body Type, How to Get a Six Pack, The Secret to Fat Destruction. Whether you are getting started, or have been at it for years, it is all just too much. You are left feeling lost and overwhelmed asking yourself, “Will this really work for me?”

I understand the confusion and doubt this brings. Many incredible people waste their precious time following advice written for the masses but expecting individualized results. These one-size-fits-all methods may offer good advice, but they don’t know what is best for YOU. Because they don’t know YOU: your needs, desires, challenges, and even fears. 

The journey towards better health should not be this confusing.
