Contact Julie to schedule an introductory consultation and phone call to discuss your goals and how she might help you best. You will be sent an intake form to complete which will guide Julie in creating a personalized health and fitness plan uniquely designed for you.

Upon meeting, Julie will get to know you better and discuss a customized plan based on the latest health and fitness science. Your mobility and movement will be assessed while you go through a modified workout specifically designed to address your needs and goals.

Meet regularly with Julie to complete unique, motivating workouts (50 minutes) and stay on the path to better health with nutritional accountability and encouragement.
